Jackie O Selling Local Home – Expected To Bring $2.5m

Monday, 09 July 2012 01:05

Sydney radio personality Jackie O has placed her Shoalhaven home on the market, with the property expected to bring about $2.5 million.

The house sits on 42ha in some of the most picturesque land in the region at, Wattamolla, between Berry and Kangaroo Valley.

The house is made from re-cycled timber, sandstone, hewn by convicts more than 150 years ago, and a swimming pool described as some thing like you would find in a world class resort.

Agent Shane Hilaire from Ray White Berry says  while Jackie O and her husband Lee Henderson love the property, they do not get enough use out of it, and have just purchased a new house in Sydney's east.

There has been plenty of interest in the property, with four contracts drawn up and 16 formal inspections.
