Covert War on Graffiti Vandals

Shoalhaven Mayor Paul Green has urged the city's next council to install covert  security cameras in some of the region's graffiti hot spots and says if vandals are caught, they should face the full force of the law.

The call comes after repeated attacks at Sanctuary Point, including Francis Ryan Reserve, and around the Nowra and Ulladulla's CBD's.

While council has employed a full operator to clean up graffiti Mayor Green says it is getting to the point of where it is one step forward and 20 backwards, and believes security cameras may be the answer.
