Danny Whittaker of Penrith Towing has launched a campaign for new road safety laws in memory of Mittagong man Geoff Clark.

"The Highlander Move Over Law” which is a law to make it mandatory for motorists to move over or slow down when amber flashing lights are being used by towies when lending roadside assistance.

Danny said that it is so dangerous attending accidents, that something has to be done and done quickly to save lives.
