Tips on being successful in life.

Every Thursday after 2 I talk to Craig Harper he’s one of Australia’s leading presenters, educators, coaches and commentators in the areas of health, fitness and personal development.

Craig has been an integral part of the Australian fitness landscape since 1982.

In that time he has worked as an exercise scientist, corporate consultant, professional development speaker, university lecturer, AFL conditioning coach, radio host, TV commentator, writer and successful business owner.

On a recent article Craig spoke on being successful, here’s few tips to get you going

1. They look for and find opportunities where others see nothing.

2. They find a lesson while others only see a problem.

3. They are solution focused.

Erdem Gunduz The Silent Protest

Well forget these protesters where everyone goes crazy, running around shouting out slogans, over in Turkey they’ve devised a more peaceful way of protesting. It’s just to stand there in silence silent. The standing protest by performance artist Erdem Gunduz has been taken up by hundreds of anti-government demonstrators and spread to several Turkish cities.
