Refurbished Exeter Hall officially opened

EXETER HALL 1

The recently refurbished Exeter Hall has been officially opened.

The hall was initially built in 1902 for 630 pounds, since then it has played host to hundreds of dances, concerts, socials and family get-togethers.

Wingecarribee Mayor Ken Halstead says he's very impressed with the improvements.

As part of the $1.3 million dollar upgrade the hall now features a new commercial kitchen and hall space, internal toilets, external public toilets and sports change-rooms.
