Turia Pitt to visit Moss Vale High School

Burns Survivor Turia Pitt will be a special guest at Moss Vale High School later this month as part of the kick off Reading program.

Back in 2011 Turia sustained severe burns to more than 65 per cent of her body, when she was caught in a sudden bushfire during an ultra marathon in the Kimberley region of Western Australia.

Head Teacher Luke Vandenbergh is hopeful the students will take away many valuable lessons.

It's all happening on Monday May 29.
