Family First announced small businessman and father of two Kyle Napoleoni as its candidate for the Kiama by-election to be held on Saturday, September 13.
Kyle grew up in the Illawarra region where he continues to live with his young family.
The grandson of Italian migrants who came to Australia to work in the steelworks, he brings a deep appreciation for hard work, family, and the blessings of our nation.
His professional journey has been as diverse as it has been grounded in the realities faced by local families — he is a qualified boilermaker, has worked as a coal miner, and served as a project manager.
Today he operates his own small business as a video editor, giving him a direct understanding of the challenges facing small business owners.
“For me, family flourishing is mums and dads raising their kids in safety and security, free from harmful woke ideologies and government overreach,” Kyle Napoleoni said. “That’s why I’m standing with Family First — to fight for our families, our children, and our freedoms.”
Kyle is a husband, father, and committed Christian who serves actively in his local church and men’s ministry.
Having personally faced adversity, he credits his strong family and faith foundation with giving him the courage and conviction to serve.
