The sentencing process is underway for a man involved in a deadly car crash that killed three people in the Southern Highlands in 2024.
22 year old Lachlan Stuckey was driving three people home from a birthday party on July 28 when he lost control and rolled his vehicle.
He pleaded guilty to three counts of dangerous driving causing death in July of this year.
Stuckey was 21 and living at North Nowra at the time of the tragedy.
All three passengers subsequently died.
The case was mentioned in the Goulbourne District Court on Tuesday. yesterday
Sentencing has been set down for December 1.
