The reopening of the region’s village pools for the 2025-26 swimming season will be welcome news for the community.
From early November, residents and visitors can once again enjoy the local pools as community spaces for recreation, relaxation and connection.

Shoalhaven Mayor Patricia White said the reopening of the village pools marks the start of another enjoyable swimming season for local families and those looking to enjoy the benefits that swimming and low-impact exercise brings.
“Our village pools are an important part of community life, offering a safe and welcoming place for people of all ages to come together, stay active and enjoy the warmer months,” Cr White said.
“Berry, Greenwell Point and Kangaroo Valley are first cabs off the rank opening this Saturday, with Milton and Shoalhaven Heads re-opening in late November,” she said.
“I encourage everyone to make the most of their local pool over summer, with season passes available for purchase at each pool from opening day onwards.”
The Shoalhaven’s village pools will reopen for the season on the following dates:
Saturday 1 November 2025
Saturday 29 November 2025
