More bus services are being out across the Shoalhaven, making it easier for patients, visitors and healthcare workers to access the redeveloped Shoalhaven Hospital.

More than 30 additional bus trips will operate each week from Sunday 15 November, improving connections between the hospital and communities across Bomaderry, Nowra, Worrigee and the Bay and Basin.

Routes 102 and 102X will receive additional services throughout the week, including later weeknight and Saturday evening services, as well as more options on Sundays.

Sunday services will operate approximately every 60 to 120 minutes, replacing the current four trips in each direction, with Route 102X operating on Sundays for the first time.

Two additional Sunday trips will also be introduced on Route 101 between Nowra and Worrigee, extending services later into the afternoon and improving connections between Bomaderry and the hospital.

Route 100 between Ulladulla and Bomaderry will also be adjusted to service the hospital, providing another connection for passengers without reducing the number of existing trips.

The changes will complement upcoming rail timetable improvements later this year, with better connections at Bomaderry making it easier for passengers to travel between trains and buses.
