Last night it was difficult for me to sleep, having watched Four Corners on the ABC.
I was upset for the young lives affected forever, and in some cases lost, their families confused and angry and sad.
Then this morning, on the news sites, stories of at least three people who have given in to their own internal struggles.
So I thought today, instead of recipes, I would share some websites, just in case you or someone you know needs help.
It is surprising how many people there are who are getting through their day five minutes at a time.
The best thing to do when a person is struggling with life is to let them know they are not alone. Because nobody is truly alone, even if they feel isolated.
