• Meeting with clients and identifying yard maintenance needs.

• Maintaining gardens and flower beds.

• Mowing and Whippership grass.

• Seeding and fertilizing lawns.

• Trimming hedges and trees.(Sizes may vary)

• Performing routine checkups on clients' yards.

• Maintaining the aesthetic appeal of clients' gardens, yards, and outdoor areas.

• Applying pesticides and preventing weed growth.


• Familiarity with lawn care equipment and tools.

• Use mowers- push & ride-on, weed eaters, and common hand tools to trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain nearby plants and foliage.

• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining energy and fast efficient pace along with the team.

• Operate leaf blowers and gather grass and hedge trimmings for removal.

• Familiarity with common landscaping equipment.

• Perform groundskeeping and building maintenance duties.

• Mow lawn either by hand or using a riding lawnmower.

• Cut lawn using hand, power or riding mower and trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls.

• Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes.

• Apply pesticide to rid grounds of pests such as mosquitos, wasps, ticks, and others.

• Apply fertilizer to ground to enhance growth.

• Perform routine maintenance duties such as applying plaster, fixing fountains, and other duties.

• Sweep walkway of debris.

• Cut down tree limbs that are posing a danger.

• Trim shrubs and pull weeds.

• Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in groundskeeping.

• Install lawn furniture.

• Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed.

• Install rock, cement, lighting, water, and furniture.

Water plants and grass as needed and apply fertilizer

Skill Required

• Meeting with clients and identifying yard maintenance needs.

• Maintaining gardens and flower beds.

• Performing routine checkups on clients' yards.

• Maintaining the aesthetic appeal of clients' gardens, yards, and outdoor areas.

• A high school certificate or equivalent qualification.

• Experience in lawn care and maintenance.(training can be provided)

• Familiarity with lawn care equipment and tools.

• Experience in handling chemicals and a solid understanding of the safe use of pesticides.

• Manual dexterity, physical strength, and stamina.

• Attention to individual and team safety.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.

• Use mowers- push & ride-on, weed eaters, and common hand tools.

• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining energy and fast efficient pace along with the team.

• Operate leaf blowers, trimmers, hedgers etc

• Can drive manual work ute & trailer to various client locations and ensure proper storage of equipment during transport

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Able to lift upwards of atleast 50 pounds and bend, lift, and stand for extended periods.

• Familiarity with common landscaping equipment.

• Prior experience or work in lawn maintenance (preferred)

• Reliable, professional, friendly and self-motivated.

• Perform groundskeeping and building maintenance duties.

• Mow lawn either by hand or using a riding lawnmower.
