RFS Crews called to Tapitalli fire then a Bolong Road MVA

A busy Friday afternoon for firefighters from Shoalhaven Heads.

Just before 2:30 its Tanker was responded to a grass fire in Tapitallee along with Cambewarra and West Nowra Rural Fire Brigades.

Almost immediately after the crew returned home the Pumper was responded to an MVA on Bolong Road.

Crews arrived to find a two vehicle accident with one vehicle having rolled into the road reserve.

Volunteer RFS firefighters provided fire protection and initial patient care prior to the arrival of ambulance crews.
