25th LAKE YARRUNGA FISHING CHALLANGE

Southern Bass was founded in 1994 with over 100 members from the Illawarra, Southern Highlands and the Shoalhaven expanding to all the way through to Sydney’s regional areas.

Our club is a family-oriented group that is focused on recreational fishing. We promote education in fishing techniques, bass habitat, monitoring and sustaining the population of the species.

Camping commences at Bendeela campgrounds on Friday 10th November, as well as a BBQ and briefing of the event.

Fishing starts on Saturday 11th November at 5:30am until 5pm and again on Sun 12 from 5:30am until 12pm.

All proceed raised will be donated back to the community by stocking bass into Lake Yarrunga. One of the main events of the weekend will be a giant raffle on Saturday night sponsored by McCallum’s Tackle World Nowra, Boss Outdoor Nowra, Frogley Offshore and many more.
