Dying To Know Day – Death Cafe & Info Sessions
Its time to Get Dead Set and Start Planning Ahead! Join us as we celebrate Dying To Know Day with a day of discussion and workshop activities to help you prepare for this important life stage.
9:30am to 11:30am – Death Cafe: Share a cuppa and something delicious to eat while having a chat about death and dying in an inclusive space without judgement. Tea and coffee and tasty treats will be provided and if you have a special keep cup you prefer, bring it along.
12:00pm to 1:30pm – Advance Care Plans and Directives: Join us to learn more about the importance of having a plan, how to go about creating one, and sharing with your family and loved ones.
1:30pm to 3:00pm – Dying to Talk – Discussion and activities session to help you identify what is really important to you, how your values will shape what you want, your key priorities and how you can have these conversations with your loved ones.
If you think its time you got dead set, send us a message so we can book you in. You are welcome to stay for the entire session if you wish, so feel free to bring your lunch to enjoy in the space.
