Race for cash prizes, enjoy the “Back of the Pack” option with fins and snorkels, or test yourself in the thrilling 250m Dash for Cash. With water safety patrols, stunning beach views, and that unbeatable post-swim watermelon, it’s ocean swimming at its finest.

Choose your challenge across three spectacular courses. The 3km Fun Run is perfect for families, strollers, and anyone wanting a car-free blast along Mitchell Parade. The 5km Coast Run throws in our legendary “heartbreak hill” plus 2km of beach running. Or go all-in with the 10km – a true test featuring hills, trails, stairs, and up to 4km of sand.
