Upcycling workshop at CTC Robertson

Create something new, useful and beautiful from used or unwanted materials!
This is a workshop for anyone interested in gaining upcycling skills (maybe you want to enter the Upcycling Class in the Robertson Show!).You will get ideas to recycle fabric and textile items such as doilies, fancywork, tapestry, needlework, quilting, clothing and household linen and napery into something new that you can wear or use.

Barbara Combe, an experienced dress, costume and pattern maker will demonstrate different techniques and give you lots of ideas. Come along and share Barbara’s passion for minimising the amount of textiles that go into landfill.

 * $25 fee includes afternoon tea from the CTC Cafe.
