When you have Parkinson's disease, one of the things that are dangerous is to trip and fall.
Researchers from Neuroscience Research Australia (NeuRA) have been using a balance training program to retrain the brain, results have been very encouraging.
People supported by a safety harness walk along a booby trap pathway. They learn from the pathway how to keep their brains agile. More than 80,000 people are living with Parkinson's in Austria and two thirds will fall each year.
