The Housing market in the Southern Highlands might be finally stabilising, according to a new report.
Core Logic found that prices have recovered slightly in the last month.
Research director Tim Lawless said prices are steadying after last year’s decline.

“It looks like housing prices in the region are starting to stabilise, if not even show a modest rate of growth,
“The market was up 0.4 per cent through June, but still down half a per cent for the quarter,”Mr. Lawless said.
