Figures from Core Logic show dwelling values across the Southern Highlands have dropped by around 16 per cent over the past 12 months.
A number of factors have contributed to this including higher interest rates and a shift in migration patterns back to pre-COVID levels.
However Head of Research Eliza Owen said the worst of the downturn seems to be over.

“There’s only been a 1.5 per cent drop over the past three months,
“Even though values are still in decline, the pace at which they’ve been declining has been easing off,”Ms. Owen said.
