A Directions Hearing has taken place regarding the Land and Environment Court proceedings in relation to the appeal lodged by Repoly Pty Ltd (formerly Plasrefine Recycling Pty Ltd) against the Independent Planning Commission’s (IPC) decision to refuse the proposed Moss Vale Plastics Recycling Facility.
A Directions Hearing was held on Monday 4 August 2025 at 10.30am, with the Applicant
and the two Respondents in attendance.
The Court has scheduled a Directions Hearing and Notice of Motion List for Monday 18 August 2025 at 10.30am.
Council has consistently objected to this development, reaffirmed its position through a
resolution adopted on 16 July 2025, and strongly supports the IPC’s refusal decision.
Council remains committed to advocating for the protection of local amenity, public health, and the integrity of the Southern Highlands Innovation Park precinct.
