Wingecarribee Shire Council is launching a new eServices portal that is designed to deliver a faster, simpler, and more user-friendly customer experience.
The new portal is available 24/7 and features secure online payments and a streamlined
application process.
It replaces more complex and manual processes, making it easier for customers to access the services they need while improving efficiency behind the scenes. The upgrade will save time, reduce paperwork, and eliminate the need to visit Council or wait on hold.
This is the first stage of a broader digital rollout, developed through cross-Council
collaboration to improve digital access and service delivery.
More certificates, including Dwelling Entitlement and Subdivision Entitlement, will be
added throughout 2025.
From Monday 14 July 2025, customers will be able to apply and pay online for key
property-related certificates, including:
- 603 Rates Certificates
- Special Water Meter Read (SWMR) Certificates
- 10.7 Planning Certificates (all types, including Fast Track)
