Plans are in place to create Australia’s premier wildlife hub in Bargo.
Feathered Friends Bird Sanctuary at Orchard Hills will be sharing space with the Australian Wildlife and Dingo Sanctuaries.
The organisation has outgrown its current space at Orchard Hills, near the new Western Sydney Airport.
Director Ravi Wasan said it will be massive for the area.
“A lot of the rarest birds in the country and the world will be here in Bargo,
“Species like the Andean Condor which have have a three metre wingspan, you will not be able to see anywhere else in Australia,”Mr. Wasan said.
A date is yet to be set for the opening of the bird sanctuary.
