Volunteers at the Bowral Rugby club have been left shaking their heads after one of their cash draws was stolen from the clubhouse at Eridge Park.
The incident took place overnight on Saturday, following the club’s Back to Bowral Day against Shoalhaven.
The culprit or culprits broke through a window and Club President Mark Freund said it’s very disappointing.

“Given that everybody puts in so much effort to raise money for the club,
“Thank God they only got the one cash draw, but it was still $3000,
“It was a big dampner on the whole weekend,”Mr. Freund said.
Southern Highlands Police have taken finger prints and are carrying out further investigations.
