28 new land lots in the much talked about Ashbourne development at Moss Vale have now hit the market.
It follows the sale of 143 lots in 2021 for stage one.
Development Manager Angela Villate said they’re expecting plenty of interest.

“So lots are available from $495,000, and range in size from 450 to 620 square metres,
“People can see we’ve already started construction on stage one,
“We’re hoping to see the first homes, being built by late 2024,”Ms. Villate said.
