Mayor Jesse Fitzpatrick has called an Extraordinary Meeting of Council to consider the
matter Repoly Pty Ltd (formerly Plasrefine Recycling Pty Ltd) v Independent Planning
Commission (Land and Environment Court proceedings 2025/264451).
The meeting will be held on Tuesday, 12 August 2025 at 5.30pm.

Council will hold a Public Forum prior to the start of the meeting at 2.30pm.
Applications to speak at the Public Forum must be submitted by 12 noon on Monday, 11 August 2025.
