Appeal for information following fraud incidents

Police are appealing for information as inquiries continue into fraud offences that occurred late last year on the State’s South Coast.

On Friday 24 October 2025, detectives attached to South Coast Police District began an investigation following reports of an alleged fraud incident.

Police were told an ATM in the Nowra CBD had been fitted with a card skimming device.

Detectives have now released images of a man they believe can assist with their inquiries.

The man is described as being Caucasian in appearance, fair complexion, medium length brown hair with undercut and tied up in small bun. He was wearing black and grey hat, black mask, jean jacket, black shirt, white pants, black boots, black gloves, and carrying a black shoulder bag.

Anyone able to identify the man is urged to contact Nowra Detectives or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
