Residents and visitors are invited to come together this Australia Day to celebrate community, citizenship and local achievement at the family-friendly event being held in Mollymook on Monday 26 January 2026.
The celebration is part of the Ulladulla Milton Lions Club free event which will run throughout the day and showcases the very best of the Shoalhaven.

Mayor Patricia White said Council was holding a special combined Shoalhaven Australia Day Awards and Citizenship Ceremony at the event.
“I encourage everyone to come on down to Mollymook and enjoy a great day out in this beautiful part of the world,” Cr White said.
“This year’s event is particularly meaningful as we celebrate not only outstanding local contributions, but also welcome new Australian citizens who are choosing to call the Shoalhaven home,” she said.
“I’m also excited to welcome this year’s Australia Day Ambassador for the Shoalhaven, Dr David Kirkpatrick, who will be giving a keynote speech and help present the awards.”
The event runs from 8am until 6pm and is being held at the Mollymook Beach Reserve on Golf Avenue, near the Mollymook Surf Club.
Activities include face-painting, jumping castle, merry-go-round, a vintage car and motorcycle display, food stalls, bands and entertainment.
