Berry switches on the first events of its new Extend the Weekend program tonight and Sunday, a village-wide live music series funded through a NSW Government grant designed to bring people back into town beyond peak Saturdays.
All live music is provided to the venues for free, with the opening Country themed program bringing artists fresh from the Tamworth Country Music Festival and performers with Nashville connections into Berry alongside well known South Coast acts, headlined by NZ Best Country Artist and four-time Golden Guitar nominee Jenny Mitchell.
The series is the first of four themed weekends running through to winter.
