The University of Wollongong will hold a service to celebrate the life and legacy of its second Vice-Chancellor, Emeritus Professor Ken McKinnon AO on Friday 12 June.
The service will bring together Professor McKinnon’s family, friends, former colleagues, University leaders, honorary recipients, alumni, students, civic representatives and members of the community to reflect on his extraordinary contribution to education, public life and the development of UOW.
The event will honour Professor McKinnon’s legacy through formal tributes, music, archival imagery, family and sector reflections, and an opportunity for guests to gather following the service.
