Latest figures reveal home prices across regional NSW remained steady throughout August, against a backdrop of price falls around the country.
There was virtually no change in the monthly figures, with annual growth now sitting at 4.8%. That takes the median home value to $781,000 in regional parts of the state.
Senior Economist at realestate.com.au, Eleanor Creagh, says a clear gap has now emerged between capital cities and THE REGIONS, with all eyes now on the Spring selling season.
