A new lap-timing feature is being installed at the Murraural 4K Playspace Pump Track
in Bowral on Thursday, 5 February 2026, weather permitting.
This upgrade will allow riders to use the Vorld App (https://www.vorld.com/) to time laps,
challenge friends, and compare results with riders around the world, adding an interactive
and competitive edge to every ride.
The track will be closed on Thursday 5 February 2026 for up to 24 hours while works
are completed. Installation includes painting start and finish lines and placing discreet
transponder rods beneath the track, which connect to the app via a smartphone.
The Vorld App has been developed by Velosolutions, the designers and builders of the
Murraural Pump Track, to enhance rider experience and strengthen the global pump track
community.
Riders are asked to pause their laps while works are underway and Council thanks the
community for its patience as the new addition is installed.
