Works to upgrade the Community Cancer Services Centre at Milton Ulladulla Hospital are now complete, delivering new and enhanced facilities for the South Coast community.
The new and enhanced Community Cancer Services Centre forms part of the NSW Government’s $7.5 million investment to deliver improved health infrastructure at Milton Ulladulla Hospital to meet the current and future healthcare needs of the region.

The new and enhanced spaces have been designed to deliver fit for purpose clinical treatment spaces which will better support the delivery of cancer care for patients throughout their treatment journey.
The inclusion of a single room with an ensuite in the Community Cancer Services Centre will enable Milton-Ulladulla Hospital to better support local patients who require isolation or additional privacy during treatment and reduce the need for these patients to travel to Shoalhaven Hospital for care.
The new spaces are expected to be operational in the coming months, following operational commissioning.
Works to deliver upgraded medical imaging services at the hospital is progressing, which will include a new CT scanner and X-Ray machine. Works are expected to be completed mid-year and will provide the community access to enhanced diagnostic capabilities closer to home.
The Cancer Services Centre upgrades include:
- A treatment room with an ensuite
- An extra consultation room
- A new welcoming reception area
