As part of the annual Kiama Winter Street Festival, the Kiama Sculpture Walk will enrich the town centre for a second time from April until July.

Thanks to ARTPark Australia, residents and visitors to our town will be able to explore amazing, diverse and unique outdoor sculptures from Hindmarsh Park to Kiama Harbour.

Leading Australian artists have created beautiful sculptures for Kiama’s gardens and public spaces, mixing passion for contemporary structures with bronze, stainless and Corten Steel.

Among the artists who will be featured are Jimmy Rix, Margaret Sheridan, Tobias Bennett, Sam Hopkins, Charles Blackman, Phillip Piperidis and Wayne Smith.

Kiama Mayor Cameron McDonald was thrilled with the success of last year’s inaugural Sculpture Walk in bringing an extra touch of artistic flair to the town centre.

“It was fantastic to see so many wonderfully creative sculptures dotted around our town last year and I look forward to seeing what the amazing artists have in store for us in 2026,” he said.

“I encourage everyone to get out and about when these sculptures are installed to get a close-up look at the intricate detail and amazing talent these artists possess.”

Kiama Municipal Council was thrilled with the overwhelmingly positive feedback to last year’s first Kiama Sculpture Walk.

The high quality, tasteful and engaging experience appealed to all ages and brought Hindmarsh Park and Black Beach to life.

The sculptures generated joy, community connection and plenty of conversation while also encouraging walking, social interaction, photography and repeat visits.

This year’s Sculpture Walk, which runs from 10 April until 17 July, offers yet another reason for visitors and locals to enjoy Kiama’s natural beauty.
