Wingecarribee Shire Council is inviting local community groups and organisations to apply for the 2026 ClubGRANTS Category 1 funding program, with applications open until
Sunday 31 May 2026.
The NSW ClubGRANTS scheme is an NSW Government initiative that ensures larger
registered clubs contribute to vital front-line services, helping to support disadvantaged
members of the community.
Wingecarribee’s ClubGRANTS Category 1 funding supports initiatives that strengthen
community welfare, social inclusion, and local support systems, including community
development, employment assistance programs, and health services.
Funding for the program is provided by Mittagong RSL and Moss Vale Services Leagues
Clubs. Council plays a key role in understanding local community needs, connecting
organisations to funding opportunities, and supporting the Local Committee to ensure
funding reaches services that matter most to the community.
In 2025, the program supported 12 successful applications, with $76,500 distributed to
local organisations delivering initiatives such as community playgroups, music and art
programs, wellbeing sessions, and youth mentoring.
