The state Government is, calling on locals to have their say in upcoming focus groups that will shape the future of the David Berry Hospital site.
In February, the NSW Government released the David Berry Hospital Community Engagement Report, which outlines the key findings from nearly 1,200 submissions received during the consultation period.
The NSW Government commissioned an independent consultant to facilitate a series of focus groups in July and August 2025.
The focus groups provide an opportunity for local participants to share their ideas, hear from others, and contribute directly to shaping the site’s future.

Further to the focus groups, community pop-up events will be held so residents can speak directly with the project team to share their thoughts and ideas. Pop-up events will be held on 2 July 2025 at:
- Broughton Court, Berry, from 10am to 12pm
- David Berry Hospital from 3pm to 4:15pm
