Tomakin Sports and Social Club members have voted to amalgamate with the Milton Ulladulla Ex Services Club.
75 per cent of the 527 club members voted in favour of the amalgamation which now goes to the NSW Gaming Authority for approval.
It follows the Tomakin Sports and Social Club recording a 1.3 million dollar deficit last year.
