Sacked Undies Protestor Lands Himself a Job in Income Protection Insurance

Sacked Mittagong Coal Worker Dave McLachlan has found himself a new job.

Mr. Mclachlan was dismissed by South 32 after he organised a 10 minute protest at the Appin Colliery where employees wore their underwear.

They were complaining about inadequate laundry services.

The Illawarra Mercury reports Mr. McLachlan has found work selling income protection insurance.

He's still has to wait for a decision on his unfair dismissal case.
