Wingecarribee Council will be writing to NSW Premier GLADYS BEREJIKLIAN to express concerns about re -zoning the Chelsea Gardens and Coomungie sites in Moss Vale from rural to residential.

This will allow for variable lot sizes of 450, 600 and 2000 square metres.

The proposal has now been gazetted in State Parliament and at the last council meeting the majority of Councillors voted in favour of venting their frustrations.

Councillor Larry Whipper believes the development won't suit our shire.
