Kids from the Mittagong Junior Rugby League got the chance to meet their rugby league idols when the Hogs for Homeless bike ride stopped at Irelands Machinery in Braemar on Sunday.

The group met with Robertson local and Parramatta legend Nathan Hindmarsh, former Newcastle Knights forward Josh Perry and Balmain legend Tim Brasher.

Father Chris Riley also stopped by for the barbeque.

Andrew Ireland says unfortunately the wet weather got in the way of other former players who were on the last leg of their journey from Queanbeyan.
