A new all abilities playground at the Berrima Market Place will have a special focus on disabled people.
The State Government will provide $234,000 for the project which will include a carousel, a climbing frame, special swings and in ground trampolines aswell as pathways, chairs and tables.
The Berrima District Rotary Club have put alot of time into developing the concept and President Derek White says they'll be hoping to get started as soon as possible.
The club helped develop a concept plan over 12 months ago for the proposal and with the help of council submitted an application to the Stronger Country Communities Fund.
