The Woodbine Park Extraction facility will be given a three month trial at its operations in High Range after lodging a modified development application with Wingecarribee Council.
A number of the conditions centre around heavy vehicle movements, noise, headlight issues, road safety and wildlife.
Drivers will have to stick to a 60 kilometre per hour speed limit between 10pm and 7am.
They also won't be able to use high beam lights and trucks will have to be fitted with animal deterrents called (‘Shoo-Roos’).
