Councillor LARRY WHIPPER told this week's meeting of Wingecarribee Shire Council he believed the time was long overdue to introduce a Car Parking Contributions Plan for developers. " Well I think it's timely given the strain on parking in the major towns of the Wingecarribee, particularly Moss Vale and Bowral. I think in the longer term that it'd be a benefit to the whole shire and certainly take some of the strain off those people circling around looking for parking spaces in Bowral and Moss Vale."
A meeting on the idea is planned for next month.
