A Wingecarribee Shire councillor is taking the unprecedented step of launching an online survey to convince the council of its own incompetence.

The survey by  Councillor IAN SCANDRETT states he is angry and concerned about the lack of community consultation and cost blowouts, that could lead to the shire losing important projects big and small.

Councillor SCANDRETT says there's similar concerns throughout the community.."Look quite bluntly people don't like this council. They haven't for some terms and they don't like how we operate, if you wish.. without communicating, without reaching out. People don't feel connected, they don't feel they're listened to."
