Fly Corporate is marking six months since becoming the Illawarra's regional carrier last November.

The airline took over the Melbourne and Brisbane routes following the demise of Jet Go in June 2018 and now has 26 weekly flights.

CEO Andrew Major said the regional carrier is in for the long haul.

"We are committed to the continued provision of this reliable and convenient airline service," Major said.

Fly Corporate Sales Manager for the Illawarra, Jake Small said the airline is continuing to build strong local relationships in the Illawarra and Southern Highlands.

"We thank those communities and surrounds for their support over the past six months and request their ongoing support to ensure that the services continue to grow, which in turn will continue to deliver significant benefits to the region,” he said.
