Feedback sought on Chelsea Gardens DCP

Wingecarribee Council is now seeking feedback about the draft Chelsea Gardens Development Control Plan which is now on public exhibition.

The project once completed will feature 1200 residential lots ranging in size from 450 to 2000 square metres.

The control plan includes details in four key areas including the Chelsea Gardens/Coomungie Lands Precinct, subdivision controls, village centre controls aswell as private domain controls.
