' Tully ' now safe and sound

TULLY

Locals will be pleased to hear that a dog which was impaled on a fence at Exeter is now making a full recovery.

' Tully ' was spooked by a gun being fired nearby and tried to jump a fence and got caught.

The Wingecarribee SES cut through the fence posts and a vet also attended.

Tully has been on antibiotics and has been home for a week now.

SES Unit Commander Heather Rowe says it was a great team effort all round.
