The Wingecarribee SES were kept busy yesterday, with several crews attending to around 20 jobs.
The strong winds lifted roofs off sheds and caused trees to falls on houses and fences.
A tree also fell onto a car, but luckily no one was inside.
With more strong winds forecast over today and tomorrow, Unit Commander Heather Rowe has some helpful advice for locals.
That includes not parking your car underneath trees and tying up any loose items around the house such as trampolines.
