Thousands of people are expected in Bowral this weekend for the Southern Highlands Food and Wine Festival, with a big focus this year on attracting more locals.
The event will return to Bradman Oval, given last years resounding success.
The festival will have more than 70 stalls of the finest food and wine produce from across the greater region.
Southern Highlands Food and Wine Association President Renee Wallace says the majority of produce on display will be from the surrounding areas.
She's encouraging people to get along on either Saturday or Sunday.
