A Braemar candle maker managed to save dozens of jobs by moving into the hand sanitisation business.
Endless Candles Director Peter Gouganovski was left scratching his head when the COVID19 pandemic hit.
That was until he noticed a large number of plastic bottles inside his factory.
He says they then since teamed up with a couple of companies in Albury to strike up a deal.
In the end they turned to Artemis Wines for the Sanitizer and in the process ended up saving 66 jobs in total.( Hence the name of the sanitizer being called Vintage 66 )
The sanitizer is sent to various hospitals for frontline hospital staff.
Mr. Govanovski says they're now back making candles.
